Our products are handled within 48h after your order is placed (except on weekends and bank holidays). You will be notified by e-mail once the product is shipped.
We work with CTT (Postal Services of Portugal) for all shipping methods and destinations. You can choose between normal courier (without tracking) or registerer courier (with tracking).
Expect the following delivery timings (in working days) after handling:
- Portugal mainland: 3-4 days for normal courier, 1-2 days for registered courier
- Azores and Madeira: 4-5 days for normal courier, 2-3 days for registered courier
- Europe: up to 7 days for normal courier, 3-4 days for registered courier
- Rest of the world: up to 10 days for normal courier, 5-6 days for registered courier
These are standard delivery times but can be prolonged for reasons beyond our control, such as postal strikes, pandemics or periods of increased traffic (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, and other holidays). Shipping rates can be reviewed at checkout before payment.
We offer the shipping for purchases of 2 or more pairs of socks. In this case, if you choose the registered courier, you only pay the difference. International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We advise international customers to confirm applicable duties and taxes before purchasing.
Projeto Volta is not liable for items lost, stolen or damaged during the transportation after the delivery of the merchandise to the carrier. We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been shipped.
Payments with us is totally safe. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and payment details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.
We accept payments by Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and MBWAY. Upon check out you will be asked to choose your preferred payment method. If you choose bank transfer you will be getting indications on how to proceed.
You can return a product up to 14 days after your purchase. You can only return products that have not been washed or used, that maintain their original features and the packaging is not damaged.
If you would like to return an item you should send an email to email@example.com explaining the reason for the return or exchange. The subject of this email should be “Return – order number XXXXX”.
After that, you should place the item in the original packaging. The product must be accompanied of its tags, without any trace of use. Any product that has been damaged or that shows signs of use, does not qualify for a refund.
To return the package, send us the items through the post with everything mentioned above. Unfortunately, we can not refund shipping costs. We will send you a note once your package has arrived. If you do not receive any notification after 10 days of your return shipment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you will be responsible for the product until it reaches us.
After analysis of the product, we will refund you (if the refund is valid), at most 10 working days after the return has been received by us.
We want to ensure maximum satisfaction of our customers. If you are returning an item that has a quality defect, please let us know to email@example.com, explaining what the problem is and sending pictures of the defect. Then, ship it to us, and once we have received it we will get back to you within 10 working days. Once we have verified the quality problem with the manufacturer, we will send you a new item using the original shipping method.
